1. Promoter
    The promoter is Welch’s UK (“Welch’s”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
  2. Eligibility
    This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Welch’s, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Entry Requirements
    Entry mechanics will be outlined in the individual competition post. Only entries submitted in accordance with those instructions will be accepted.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  5. Competition Period
    The opening and closing dates will be specified in the relevant social media post. Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be valid.
  6. Winner Selection
    Winners will be selected at random via an independent third-party tool from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
  7. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official Welch’s UK social media account on the platform where the competition is hosted.
  9. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. If no response is received within this period, Welch’s reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  10. Prize
    The prize will be detailed in the competition post. No cash alternative is available and prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. Welch’s reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.

    Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and fulfilling the prize.

  15. General
    Welch’s reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  16. Welch’s also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
